The pricing goes down, not up

The per-laboratory price falls as more of your institute joins. This is deliberate and it is stated up front, because the alternative is a negotiation where the person who joins last pays the most, which is a bad way to run a shared standard.

Roles across the whole organisation

Five roles decide who sees and does what: Owner, Administrator, Lab Manager, Contributor and Viewer. They apply across every laboratory in the organisation, so a person who moves between groups does not need a second account. Individual notebooks, projects and protocols can still be private to their author.

Self-hosting, with the whole product

If your institute needs SLIM inside its own infrastructure, it runs there with nothing held back. Our team does the installation and stays on for support. It is quoted per deployment rather than listed, because it depends on what you are running and what you want from us.

Rolling it out

In practice this starts with one group that already feels the pain, usually because somebody left and the inventory went with them. We migrate that lab, it works, and the group leader tells the others at a meeting. We would rather earn the second lab than sign for twenty on a slide.
