Yes. The PI, the postdocs, the students, the technician, the visiting collaborator. We have never charged per person and we are not going to start, because a record with half the lab missing from it is not worth keeping.
A group that works together and shares an inventory. If you are unsure whether you are one lab or two, you are one lab. We are not going to argue about it on a €200 invoice.
The price per laboratory falls as more labs in the same institute join. Tell us roughly how many you expect and we will quote it. Several institutes fold this into an innovation or digitalisation grant.
It is quoted per deployment because it depends on your infrastructure and what support you want. You get the complete product with nothing held back, and our team does the install.
