The short version: you own your data, we run the service, and either of us can end it.

Access to SLIM for your laboratory, with all modules, for the people in it.
Your data, entirely. You can export all of it at any time without asking us, at no cost.
Monthly or annually, by invoice. Institutional pricing is quoted separately.
You can stop at any time. We will help you export. If we have to stop providing the service, we will give you notice and time to get your data out.
We aim for the service to be up. We are a small company and we will tell you the truth about incidents rather than hiding them behind a status page that is always green.
Limited to what you have paid us. Standard, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
TODO: this is a plain-language summary written to be readable. It needs a lawyer’s pass before launch, and the binding document will be the one they produce.
